Delete your CortoLink account

Email cortolink@gmail.com with the subject line CortoLink account deletion request.

• Which app or account type you use: CortoLink Customer, CortoLink Tow, or bodyshop web app.
• Your account email address.
• Your name and phone number.
• For bodyshops or tow companies, the business name.
• A short confirmation that you want the account deleted.

We will verify the request before deleting or deactivating account records. Some records may need to be retained when required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, repair-file, payment, dispute, or business-record reasons.

After verification, we will remove or de-identify account information that is no longer needed for those purposes.

Repair files, tow records, invoices, notes, documents, or audit history may remain if they are needed by a bodyshop, tow company, customer, insurer, legal obligation, or business record requirement.
