CortoLink privacy policy

This policy explains how CortoLink handles information for CortoLink Customer, CortoLink Tow, and the CortoLink bodyshop web app.

Information we collect

Account and contact information, such as name, email, phone number, bodyshop name, tow company name, and address.
Customer and vehicle information, such as vehicle year, make, model, VIN, plate, mileage, claim information, tow details, repair status, notes, appointments, and uploaded documents or photos.
Operational information needed to run the service, such as login session data, app diagnostics, timestamps, and security logs.
Support information you send to us by email, phone, forms, or app messages.

How we use information

To provide customer, tow company, and bodyshop workflow features.
To connect tow requests, repair updates, documents, appointments, and notifications across the CortoLink system.
To support users, troubleshoot issues, secure accounts, and improve reliability.
To comply with legal, security, fraud-prevention, and app store obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

Information may be shared with the bodyshop, customer, tow company, or service provider involved in a repair, tow, claim, document, or support workflow. We also use service providers, including database, hosting, authentication, and storage providers, to operate CortoLink.

Photos and documents

CortoLink apps may let users upload vehicle photos, accident photos, insurance cards, registration, repair documents, receipts, tow invoices, and related files. These files are used for the repair, tow, customer-support, or bodyshop workflow selected by the user.

Security and retention

CortoLink uses authenticated access and role-based database rules to limit access by customer, bodyshop, tow company, and admin role. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or business obligations.

Children

CortoLink is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
