These terms apply to CortoLink Customer, CortoLink Tow, and the CortoLink bodyshop web app.

Use of CortoLink
CortoLink provides software tools for bodyshops, customers, and tow companies to manage tow requests, repair files, documents, appointments, notes, and related workflow information.
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for using the service only for lawful business, repair, tow, customer, or personal vehicle-related purposes.
No emergency service guarantee
CortoLink is not an emergency response system. If there is an emergency, unsafe road condition, injury, fire, or police matter, call emergency services immediately.
Bodyshop and tow company responsibility
- Bodyshops are responsible for their customer files, repair information, estimates, charges, documents, and legal compliance.
- Tow companies are responsible for accepting jobs, ETA updates, driver conduct, charges, photos, and delivery of vehicles.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, vehicle, insurance, and tow information.
No legal, insurance, or financial advice
CortoLink may generate forms, notes, reminders, and workflow records, but it does not provide legal, insurance, financial, or repair advice. Users should review forms and business practices with qualified professionals as needed.
Account changes and removal
We may suspend or remove access if an account is misused, creates a security risk, violates these terms, or is required to be limited by law or platform policy.
